PRICES

All prices are listed in EUR not including VAT. Prices are valid until supplies last.

ORDERING

Companies that not yet our customers, need to send us a written order form with their exact company name and address and the following contact information: phone number, fax, e-mail and contact person name. We will also need your transaction account number, EU VAT number and registration number.

The smallest possible order is 100,00 EUR. We guarantee delivery until supplies last. After that, we can not guarantee that same items will become available again.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• invoices should be paid in up to 30 days after delivery. After that we reserve the right to charge interest rates defined by law.
• special discounts apply for payments in advance (from 3% - 7%, depending on the quantity).
• we reserve the right to charge for order based on the quotation
• special discounts apply for advance orders of large quantaties.
• discounts and terms of payment for retailers will be defined by contracts.
• items ordered and delievered remain owned by the seller, until paid for in full.

DELIVERY

Items available in our warehouse, that are not subject to imprinting, will be delievered in 2 to 5 days, or subject to agreement. Items subject to imprinting will be delievered in 5 to 10 days from the day of graphical design confirmation, delivery is subject to quantity and type of order.

Delivery is free for orders of more than 150,00 EUR in value.

IMPRINTING

We can imprint your logo or other information on the items you order. For that we will require the confirmation of graphical design - the color, quantity, shape, size and content of the imprint.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Warranty Claims have to be submited in 8 days after recieving the merchandise. For the merchandise, that has been printed on by a third person (other than the supplier), the warranty is void.

OTHER

Errors in published data are not excluded, despite extra care taken in providing it. It is forbidden to use any material without a written permission of the publisher. Photographs of products are symbolic. If an item is out of stock, the supplier can not guarantee that it will be available at a later time.
